The Phillips Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) The mission of the Phillips Industrial Development Corporation (Phillips IDC) is to help maintain, market and increase businesses in the Phillips community, especially in the manufacturing sector. The Phillips IDC membership is comprised of professional, local business people with a wide variety of knowledge and skills to provide guidance and advice to existing and new businesses. The Phillips IDC acts as a liaison for the City of Phillips to market and sell available lots in the city's industrial and business parks.  It can help secure financial assistance through the Northwest Regional Planning Revolving Loan Fund.  The Phillips IDC can also provide secondary financing to existing and new business in the Phillips community. It is the goal of the Phillips IDC to help businesses create and maintain a skilled workforce in the Phillips community in order to allow the community to grow and prosper.
