Hall & Elk Lake Park Pavilion Reservation Schedule.... The
City of Phillips allows rentals of its large municipal
hall at a cost of $300.00 per day of the activity and a
$150.00 security deposit. Tables, chairs, a
bathroom facility, kitchen, and other amenities are
included with the rental. A training and council room
are also
available at the municipal hall, and the Elk Lake Park
pavilion is also available for rent.
