Hall Reservation Schedule.... The
City of Phillips allows rentals of its large municipal
hall at a cost of $300.00 per day of the activity and a
$50.00 security deposit. Tables, chairs, a
bathroom facility, kitchen, and other amenities are
included with the rental. A training room is also
available at $50.00 per day or $10.00 per hour.
